An Nam Signature
An Nam, named after Vietnam's historical name, pays homage to the nation's rich heritage
An Nam Oolong tea, our esteemed blend, combines the bold flavours of high-roasted Dong Ding Oolong leaves with the delicate essence of winter/spring osmanthus flowers. Crafted by our skilled artisan master, this tea offers a symphony of flavours, including woody, floral, roasty, and smoky notes.
The Dong Ding Oolong leaves undergo a meticulous high-roasting process using traditional CHARCOAL methods, resulting in a tea with deep, robust undertones. Meanwhile, the addition of winter and spring Osmanthus flowers infuses the brew with a subtle floral sweetness, enhancing its complexity and aroma.
The aroma of Dong Ding tea is delicate and complex. It possesses a roasted, nutty scent that intertwines with sweetness and floral notes. Subtle yet distinct, this aroma enhances the overall tea experience, promising a sensory journey that delights the senses.
An Nam Oolong tea stands distinct from Hoang Kim Que, another oolong tea blended with osmanthus flowers. While Hoang Kim Que boasts a fully floral, mellow and light profile, An Nam offers a contrasting experience. An Nam is characterised by its woody, smoky essence, accentuated by a subtle osmanthus floral aroma.
Unlike Hoang Kim Que, which is made from Jin Xuan Oolong, An Nam derives its unique flavour from Dongding Oolong leaves
