Our signature blend is the great balance of Vietnamese robusta and arabica beans to deliver the phenomenal rich, full bodied for a smooth and authentic flavour with chocolatey undertone
Vietnamese ground coffee. 90 Robusta 10% Arabica - Medium Roast
Origin: raw materials are harvested, processed and packed in Bao Loc, Lam Dong, Vietnam
Process: Natural and Fully washed , No adding flavour
Particle Size: Sieve 18 - 16
Intensity : Rich and full bodied
Ideal for cafetiere/viet filter/paper filter
Instruction:
Pre-heat the filter and cup by pouring boiled water through it.
Remove the metal filter and add 3tsp (20gr) of ground coffee. Twist the filter and gently press it.
Pour 20ml of 96-100oC water for 1 minute then add on 45ml boiled water for 3-5 minutes.
For Viet Black Coffee: Its ready to drink, Add sugar as choice.
For Viet Milk Coffee: Add 2 tsp of condensed milk and stir to dissolve the milk.
Store in a cool dry place.
Once opened store in an airetight container and keep refrigerated.
Best enjoyed within 2 weeks of opening
